Overview
MediSync is a health-tech startup building a patient management platform. We designed the complete UI/UX for their web and mobile applications, making complex medical workflows feel simple.
The Challenge
Healthcare software is notorious for poor UX. MediSync wanted to break that pattern with an interface that doctors and patients would actually enjoy using — without sacrificing the depth of functionality medical professionals need.
Our Approach
We conducted extensive shadowing sessions with doctors and nurses to understand real clinical workflows. Every design decision was validated through rapid prototyping and user testing with actual healthcare professionals.
The Solution
A clean, accessible design system with role-based interfaces — doctors see what they need, patients see what they need. Complex data is presented through intuitive visualizations, and the mobile app keeps patients engaged between visits.
