1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SudoSaas website (sudosaas.online) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

SudoSaas provides digital agency services including but not limited to web design, web development, branding, UI/UX design, digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Project Engagement

  • All projects begin with a signed proposal or contract.
  • Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are outlined in the project agreement.
  • Revisions are included as specified in the project scope.
  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before work commences (typically 50%).
  • Remaining payments are due upon project milestones or completion.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month.
  • All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables and intellectual property created during the project are transferred to the client. SudoSaas retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical details, and financial information.

8. Limitation of Liability

SudoSaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice.
  • In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Copy or reproduce any content without permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
